Effective date: October 7, 2026 · Applies to the Bruk It Up mobile game (iOS and Android)

Bruk It Up is a puzzle game for mobile devices. These terms are the agreement between you and IYBMSB LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), the developer of Bruk It Up, covering your use of the app and this website. By downloading, opening, or playing Bruk It Up, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who can use Bruk It Up

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bruk It Up. The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to create accounts. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may use Bruk It Up only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms. At first launch we ask for your birth year to confirm this; we do not store it, only that the check passed.

2. Your account

You can play as a guest, without signing in. A guest account is tied to your device, so it can be lost if you delete the app or change phones. Signing in with Apple, Google, or an email code keeps your account across devices. You agree to keep your sign-in secure and take responsibility for what happens under your account. One account per person. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using your account.

3. Your licence to use Bruk It Up

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Bruk It Up for your own entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or any part of it. All rights we do not expressly grant are reserved.

4. Fair play and acceptable use

Bruk It Up has online Versus and Teams matches. To keep it fair, you agree not to:

cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts, or automation to play;
manipulate matchmaking, match results, rewards, or daily quests;
interfere with, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to our servers, other players’ accounts, or the game’s anti-abuse systems;
reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except where the law prohibits that restriction;
harass, threaten, or abuse other players; or
use a name that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, impersonates someone else, or infringes anyone’s rights.

We may use automated and manual abuse detection, and we may warn, restrict, suspend, reset progress for, or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Content you choose

The name shown on your profile and in matches is content you provide. You keep whatever rights you have in it, and you grant us a licence to store and display it in the game (for example to the other players in a match) so the game can work. You are responsible for it, and we may remove or change a name that violates Section 4.

6. Coins, lives, and other in-game items

Coins are play currency with no cash value. Coins, lives, power-ups, upgrades, and looks are a licensed feature of the game, not your property, not legal tender, and not redeemable for money or anything of value outside the game. You cannot sell or transfer them for real money, and you have no ownership interest in them. We may create, adjust, reset, expire, or remove in-game items and balances, for example to correct errors or abuse.

Coins can be earned by playing or bought in packs through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to those stores’ payment and refund rules. All purchases are one-time; there are no subscriptions. Purchased coins remain licensed play currency, exactly like earned coins: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the game, and are not transferable between accounts. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by the store’s policy or by law; we cannot issue refunds directly. If your account is terminated or deleted, any coins and items in it, purchased or earned, are forfeited. Bruk It Up contains no advertising.

7. Multiplayer and availability

Online matches, friends, invitations, and daily quests depend on our servers and on services we rely on. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game and take the service offline for maintenance. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available or error-free.

8. The website

This website describes Bruk It Up and links to our legal documents. Store badges and links may point to third-party services (such as the Apple App Store and Google Play) that have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Bruk It Up at any time. To remove your account and the data attached to it, use Profile → Account → Delete account in the app or the Data deletion page. Deletion is permanent and immediate, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms or to protect the game and its players. If your account ends, your licence ends, and Sections 6 and 10 through 13 survive.

10. Disclaimers

Bruk It Up is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that gameplay outcomes, progress, or balances will always be accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, coins, lives, progress, or in-game items, arising out of or relating to your use of Bruk It Up, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to Bruk It Up is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for in-game purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IYBMSB LLC and its successors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising out of or related to your misuse of Bruk It Up, your violation of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of anyone else’s rights. We may take over the defense of any such claim, and you agree to cooperate; you will not settle any claim in a way that affects us without our written consent.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing anything, you agree to first contact us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. If that does not resolve it, you and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue, and you consent to those courts. Nothing here limits rights you may have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, show a notice in the app. Continuing to use Bruk It Up after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect copyright and respond to notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content in Bruk It Up (for example a player’s name) infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent: DMCA Agent, IYBMSB LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 165, Austin, TX 78731, USA, info@iybmsb.com.

Your notice must include: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) the work you claim is infringed; (c) the material you claim is infringing and enough detail for us to find it; (d) your name, address, phone number, and email; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

If we remove content in response to a notice, the player who provided it may send a counter-notice to the same agent with the details required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
